4 листопада в рамках курсу “Будівельно-інформаційне моделювання – технологія ВІМ” (2-й рік магістерської програми, спеціалізація «Архітектура будівель і споруд») до студентів кафедри Інформаційних технологій в архітектурі КНУБА, завітали викладачі Харківського національного університету міського господарства О.М.Бекетова – доцент кафедри будівельних конструкцій Олег Калмиков та доцент кафедри Урбаністики та містобудування Людмила Швець.
Олег Калмиков прочитав лекцію про особливості відбудови панельних будинків під час війни, розказав про основні технологічні підходи, виклики та окреслив проблематику відновлення будинків у прифронтовому місті Харкові. Людмила Швець поділилась своїм баченням щодо відбудови та наголосила на необхідності участі архітекторів у прямій співпраці з ОСББ та муніципалітетами.
Друга половина заняття була як невелика дискусія із залученням студентів щодо того, яким чином можна прискорити та підвищити ефективність та техніко-економічну доцільність відновлення панельних будинків, які постраждали від обстрілів, чи можна перетворити цю діяльність на потокове виробництво і які на цьому шляху є перепони та складнощі.
Лекція була записана та передана студентам для самостійного перегляду кафедрам Будівельних конструкцій та кафедрі Урбаністики та містобудування (ХНУМГ ім. О. М. Бекетова), кафедрі Економічної та соціальної географії (КНУ ім. Тараса Шевченко) в програмі співпраці між підрозділами університетів.
