31 жовтня 2025 року о 18:00 було проведено лекцію гостьового професора, архітектора та видавця із Берліна – проф. д-р Філіп Мойзера (Prof. Dr. Philipp Meuser, Berlin) – відкрита не лише для студентів, а й для всіх, хто цікавиться темою післявоєнної реабілітації та сталого міського відновлення.
Тема лекції: “Реабілітація панельних будинків серії 94. Уроки з пілотного проєкту у Кривому Розі” («Rehabilitation of War-Damaged Residential Buildings. Rehabilitation of 94-series panel buildings. Learnings from a Pilot Project in Kryvy Rih»).
Під час лекції берлінський архітектор проф. д-р Філіп Мойзер представив результати реабілітації пошкоджених унаслідок війни панельних житлових будинків серії 94 у Кривому Розі, зосередившись на пілотних проєктах за адресами Біркуна, 8 та Українська, 55. Ці кейси продемонстрували, як відновлення радянських масових житлових будинків може сприяти міській стійкості, якщо підходити до нього як до багатовимірного процесу. Архітектор відзначив, що окрім архітектурних і будівельних питань, три додаткові частини виявилися ключовими для успішної реалізації проєкту. Юридичний аспект визначає права власності та землекористування як передумови для будь-яких конструктивних змін. Соціальний аспект передбачає активну участь мешканців і об’єднань співвласників у процесі ухвалення рішень.
Нарешті, консультаційна компонента стосується орієнтування у фінансових механізмах і роз’яснення національних та міжнародних програм підтримки. Разом ці виміри формують основу сталого відновлення – технічно надійного, юридично захищеного, соціально інклюзивного та економічно життєздатного.
In this lecture, Berlin-based architect Philipp Meuser presents insights from the rehabilitation of war-damaged prefabricated housing blocks of the Series 94 in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine – focusing on the pilot projects Birkuna 8 and Ukrainska 55. These case studies demonstrate how the rehabilitation of Soviet-era mass housing can enhance urban resilience when approached as a multifaceted process. Beyond questions of architecture and construction, three further fields have proven essential for successful implementation. The legal framework defines ownership and land-use rights as prerequisites for any structural intervention. The social dimension involves the active participation of residents and homeowner associations in the decision-making process. Finally, the advisory component addresses the navigation of funding mechanisms and explains national and international support programs. Together, these four dimensions form the foundation of sustainable recovery – technically sound, legally secured, socially inclusive, and economically viable.
