Малоповерхова забудова для єВідновлення з КНУБА на засадах ВІМ для територіальних громад України
22 грудня 2025 року, відбулася онлайн-презентація КНУБА, Архітектурний факультет, кафедра Інформаційних технологій в архітектурі та кафедра Дизайну взяли участь, в рамках навчального процесу, у варіантному проєктуванні приватної забудови для програми єВідновлення
Викладачі та студенти КНУБА стежать за світовими науковими інноваціями та державною стратегією, своїм проєктом підтримують Розпорядження Кабінет Міністрів України від 31 грудня 2024 р. № 1351-р «Про схвалення Стратегії цифрового розвитку інноваційної діяльності України на період до 2030 року та затвердження операційного плану заходів з її реалізації у 2025-2027 роках» онлайн-захист проєктів за темою «Приватна забудова за програмою єВідновлення України». Студенти КНУБА в співпраці з Макарівською та Близнюківською Територіальними Громадами України запропонували проєкти будинків для приватної забудови.
єВідновлення це програма допомоги від держави для власників житла – пошкодженого або зруйнованого через бойові дії, яку реалізує Міністерство розвитку громад, територій та інфраструктури України й Міністерство цифрової трансформації України завдяки проєкту «Підтримка цифрової трансформації».

Опис події: Студенти другого курсу спеціальності В2 (022) «Дизайн» представлять свої проєкти приватної забудови, розроблені в рамках програми “єВідновлення України”. Проєкти створені за завданням ВІМ-моделювання та розробки дизайнерських пропозицій для подальшої співпраці з Територіальними Громадами та Громадськими Організаціями України. Курс базується на засадах впровадження ВІМ-технологій (Building Information Modeling) відповідно ДБН А.2.2-3:2014 Склад та зміст проєктної документації на будівництво та прийнятих змін від 01.07.2022р про Інформаційне Моделювання Будівель (БІМ) та Проєкту Закону №6383 від 03.12.2021 про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо запровадження будівельного інформаційного моделювання (ВІМ-технології) на всіх етапах життєвого циклу об’єктів та науково-технічного супроводу об’єктів, удосконалення процедури обстеження об’єктів, прийнятих в експлуатацію в установленому законодавством порядку.
